Checklist :

• Use a carton box (double boxing is even safer) big enough to fill packing materiel all around your watch.
• Your watch should not move when box is closed.
• DO NOT use the original box of the watch.
• Your package should be taped properly to prevent any accidental opening during handling by the carrier
•  include your return address on the shipping label. We DO NOT ship to PO box

• Insure your watch for a replacement value in the unlikely event that it gets lost. 
• Request someone to sign when the package is received at our location. 

• You are welcome to call if you are unsure. Please provide details about the issue(s) and include any email correspondence, along with your watch and contact information. Once we understand your watch's needs and review any special instructions, we will send you a free estimate via email.

• The estimate will outline the necessary service requirements and offer optional items for your consideration. Ultimately, the decision will be yours as it is your watch.

• We will return your watch via UPS, ensuring full insurance and proper packaging. A signature will be required upon delivery by the receiver.
•  We have been using UPS for over 20 years with great satisfaction but you may also 

          use FEDEX or USPS registered.)
